TELX is a standards-based PABX that uses standard RJ-11 connectors and is compatible with all standard analog phone handsets (including phone-fax, cordless phones, computer modems) available in the market and Globe or PLDT landline / PLDT landline + DSL service lines.
TELX PABX is not compatible with Digital/IP phones. Contact us if you are looking for IP PBX solutions.

If your commands do not seem to be being recognized, please check the following:
1. Only the phone connected to port labelled "600" can be used for commands. This is a security feature.
2. You must be in "programming state" to execute commands.
3. To enter programming state, press * # 99 ABCD # where ABCD is password
3. Refer to Page 3 of printed guide or Page 4 of online guide to learn what abbreviations/codes for commands mean (for example, "CO" "m" "n" "abc" "ABC")
